Setup is priced to what has to be built. The monthly fee is the fixed service price for the workforce ADS operates for you — with no per-seat fees, token meter, or automatic usage overages.

Every setup includes provisioning the dedicated private system reserved for your business, on-site or ADS-hosted, plus the implementation required for the AI employee or workforce being deployed.
That can include workflow configuration, approved data connections and integrations, secure access, testing, onboarding, and the AI roles defined in your scope. The setup price depends on the workforce, workflow, and deployment being built.

Fixed monthly service for the workforce defined in your proposal
Includes ongoing system management, monitoring, maintenance, support, and improvement of your AI workforce and its dedicated private environment.
There are no per-seat fees, token charges, transaction charges, or automatic usage overages. Use the deployed workforce as much as you need for the job it was built to perform.
Multi-role workforces, including the full Private AI Deal Team, commonly run $5,000/month and up, depending on the workforce and service scope. Your proposal states the fixed monthly figure.

Sized to the work, not sold by the seat
The workforce: the AI roles being deployed and the complexity of the jobs they are being built to perform. The workflow: the records, systems, integrations, review steps, business rules, and finished work the employee must be built around. The deployment: the dedicated computing environment, on-site or ADS-hosted arrangement, secure access, testing, onboarding, and other deployment requirements needed to put the workforce into service.
A single-role Financial Records Accountant deployment is a different build from a complete multi-role Private AI Deal Team. The proposal reflects the actual workforce, workflow, and deployment required rather than forcing every customer into the same setup price.
Every engagement starts with an AI Workforce Consultation and a written scope. There are no per-seat fees, token charges, or automatic usage overages. The proposal defines the workforce ADS will build and manage and the fixed monthly service price for operating it.
If you later want to add roles, expand the employee into new work, or require additional dedicated infrastructure, ADS scopes that expansion with you first. The change is agreed before the price changes — not discovered afterward on a usage bill.
The setup fee
The setup fee covers the dedicated infrastructure and implementation work required to turn a defined business workflow into a working private AI employee or workforce.

We won't tell you how many people that equals — that depends on the work and the business. You decide what dedicated AI capacity is worth compared with the people, time, and process your organization would otherwise need to add.
Questions
Because each deployment is built around a different workforce, workflow, and private environment. The roles being deployed, the systems and data sources involved, the implementation complexity, and the deployment requirements can all change what has to be built. Your proposal states the setup price before work begins.
Agentic Desk Solutions owns and manages the dedicated server hardware unless your service agreement states otherwise. The private system is reserved for your business while you use the service, whether it sits on-site or in ADS hosting. Your business owns its data.
Any agreed customer data return or export is completed first. Customer-dedicated storage is then securely erased under the decommissioning process defined in your service agreement, and ADS provides written confirmation before dedicated hardware may be reassigned. You do not need staff to operate the AI server. ADS manages the underlying system. For on-site deployments, we coordinate the physical and network requirements with your team. For ADS-hosted deployments, we coordinate any secure data connections, access, or integrations the workflow requires.
Yes. The Financial Records Accountant is available on its own, and additional roles can be added as the work requires.
